Medmark works with clients to assess existing initiatives as well as helping them to add new initiatives to their wellness programmes. It is important that existing wellness initiatives and resources are promoted and that a structured and measured approach is taken to the implementation of new initiatives.
Data on engagement is generally captured by a portal and will inform decisions on new initiatives. This will include for example ensuring that engagement is achieved across different employee groups (male vs female, age, job types, location, etc.) and seeks to gain engagement from all employees rather than just those who are already healthy, active and engaged.
Medmark keeps abreast of new and emerging solutions that are constantly coming to market. We analyse these solutions to determine their effectiveness, evidence and suitability for our clients. This includes for example challenges and niche or targeted solutions dealing with specific areas of wellbeing such as sleep, anxiety, back pain, etc.
